NBHA Produced-Event Part of the First-Ever PBR Finals in Fort Worth, Texas
The National Barrel Horse Association (NBHA) is proud to produce the 2022 Fort Worth Super Showcase Event which will take place on May 15th at the Cowtown Coliseum in the historic Fort Worth Stockyards. The event will run in conjunction with an array of additional free spectator events that accompany the prestigious 2022 Professional Bull Riders (PBR) World Finals held at the nearby Dickies Arena on May 13-22.
The 2022 Fort Worth Super Showcase features $5,000 added money and awards from Circle Y Saddles and 3S Premium Saddle Pads. Circle Y Saddles will be awarded to each D winner in the 5D format. The event is WPRA Approved and Team Fearless Sanctioned. The race is also partnered with the American Paint Horse Association offering a paint horse incentive side pot. Entries open on SaddleBook.com on April 15th. The 2022 Fort Worth Super Showcase is a standalone barrel racing event, separate from the NBHA Official Tour Schedule, so competitors are not required to hold a current NBHA membership to enter.
“We’re honored to work alongside the PBR to produce this featured barrel racing event as part of the PBR World Finals in Fort Worth, Texas,” states NBHA Director Bailey Nahrgang. “Fort Worth is home to the NBHA office, so it’s a very special opportunity to do what we love, in our home state.”
The 2022 Fort Worth Super Showcase barrel racing action starts at 12 noon on May 15th. Spectators are welcome free of charge.
