Vendor Rules:

  1. NBHA National partners will receive preferred vendor space.
  2. NBHA reserves the right to deny a vendor application should the product line compete with that of a NBHA National Partner who holds exclusive rights to that product sector.
  3. Sharing a booth or subletting booth space is not permitted. 
  4. NBHA reserves the right to refuse or remove any vendor from our show properties.
  5. Vendors only allowed to put flyers on permitted surfaces and bulletin boards. Vendors not allowed to hang banners or flags on property outside of their booth.
  6. Vendors display their property at their own risk. The NBHA, its officers, directors, and personnel are not responsible for lost or stolen property on grounds of any facilities used, rented, or owned by NBHA.
  7. Vendors may not vacate their booths before the end of show without permission of show management.
  8. No application accepted without credit card information provided.
  9. All vendor applicants must provide an insurance certificate with $1 million in General Liability Insurance with valid show dates. The certificate must be furnished to NBHA with application and full payment. Additional requirements may exist, see application for details.
