AQHA Direct Qualifier
Top 10 in the Open 1D from the Saturday Open will directly qualify for the AQHA World Show.

WRWC | Women’s Rodeo Championships Qualifier
$100 EF. 90% payback. 5D format based on a carryover from Saturday’s Open run. Requires $150 WRWC card purchase if not already a current member. The highest placing Pro, Challenger and up to 10 Limited placings (two highest placing in each D) will each will earn a guaranteed qualification to the 2026 Women’s Rodeo World Championship event. Women age 13 and over only. If a Pro or Challenger athlete would like to earn points on the W26 leaderboard, they will need to nominate these events in the Virtual Rodeo Qualifier.

5 Circle Y Saddle Certificates to Open Average* D Winners plus awards to 2nd and 3rd
Youth & Senior Awards to Top 3 in each D Saturday including Gist Buckles for 1st!
*Average based on all three days in the Open.
You MUST be a NBHA Member to receive awards.

Payment plan available until 5/30/2025.
Pay half at time of entry and half 3 weeks later.

Draw preference options available for open races for online entries only.
Draw preference options are available in sections of 150 up to 450+.
There is also a ‘no preference’ and a ‘late draw preference’.
Late draw preference means that you will be drawn in the first add on draw each day at the first big drag.

12 Month Negative Coggins Required for in state horses.
12 Month Negative Coggins and 30 Day Health Certificate for all out of state horses.
Paperwork will be checked.

More Info:

• OPEN TO ALL- Membership not required to enter.
• NBHA dress code enforced. Full Western Attire.
• All contestants must check in at the office before your first run.
• Must be an NBHA member to receive awards. Membership must be purchased by check in.
• Office fee of $20 is waived if you are a current NBHA Member.
• Draw outs prior to pre-entry deadline will receive a 100% refund minus the processing fee.
• Vet/Med outs after pre-entry deadline through Wednesday week of show receive 70% of your entries, no processing fee & no stall refund with a vet or doctors note by emailing [email protected].
• Returned check fee is $35
• Late fee for mailed entries postmarked after June 20th is $25.
• Hat fines for hats lost in arena apply, $10 each

Entry Information:

• Enter online beginning May 1st at 12am est.
• Mail in entries must be postmarked by June 2th to avoid late fee and be in pre-draw.
• Late Fee $25 – waived for online entries taken at any time.
• Online entries available at SaddleBook.com until midnight EST on June 29th to be in pre-draw or choose add on draw.
• Pre-draw available Monday, June 30th.
• Online entries will re-open at noon Tuesday, July 1st for add-on draw.
• All entries (on-site and online) will cut-off for 1st add-on draw at the first big drag, rider number 50, in each event.
• Final add-on draw closes at the start of the last big drag, or the last drawn rider, whichever comes first, in each event.
• Riders are responsible to enter early enough to allow for splits of multiple horses.
• Exhibitions will be pre-sold online at SaddleBook.com in 50 minute time slots. Limit to 2 per horse.

Sidepots
4D Youth – Friday and Sunday Only. Contestant that are 18 and under as of 1/1/2025.
4D Senior – Friday and Sunday Only.  Contestants that are 50 and over as of race day.
4D Prime – All three days. Contestants that are the ages between youth nd senior (19-49).
4D Helmet – All three days. For those who wear a helmet in the Open.
2D Futurity – All three days. Horses born 2020 or 2021 and have never competed prior to 11/15/24.
2D Derby – All three days. Horses born 2018 or later (7 years or younger). Excluding futurity horses.

Stall/Parking/RV Info:

• Onsite covered stalls available for $90 for the weekend. Includes 2 bags of shavings.
• Stalls are purchased with online entry or paper entry.
• Haul in fee per horse $25. Required if no stall.
• All stall will be on concrete.
• Stall mat rental can be found here: https://www.greenbrokefarmservices.com/contract-agreement.
• You do not have to know your stall to reserve mats. The NBHA office send a stall list to Green Broke prior to event.
• NO OUTSIDE SHAVINGS ALLOWED.
• Additional shavings are available onsite.
• RV Reservations are through the facility at gnfa.com beginning May 6th.
• NO generators allowed.
