Rules:
1. NBHA dress code enforced
2. All riders must check in prior to first run in the office.
3. Horse or rider substitutions allowed (not both in the same race).
4. Vet out deadline Wednesday week of show. By emailing [email protected] **See more info in Entry Info below*
5. Returned Check fee is $35
6. Late Fee for mailed entries postmarked after June 23rd is $25.
7. Hat fines for hats lost in arena apply, $10 each

Entry Information:

• Enter online beginning May 1st.
• Mail in entries must be postmarked by June 23rd to avoid late fee and be in pre-draw.
• Draw preferences available for pre-entries.
• Late Fee $25 – waived for online entries taken at any time.
• Online entries available at www.SaddleBook.com until midnight EST on July 2nd to be in pre-draw or choose add on draw.
• Open Pre-draw available Monday, July 3rd. *NEW* Youth & Senior draw will not be drawn until Saturday morning
• Online entries will re-open Monday Evening, July 3rd for add-on draw.
• All entries (on-site and online) will cut-off for 1st add-on draw at the first big drag, rider number 50, in each event.
• Final add-on draw closes at the start of the last big drag, or the last drawn rider, whichever comes first, in each event.
• Riders are responsible to enter early enough to allow for splits of multiple horses.
• Exhibitions will be pre-sold online at www.SaddleBook.com in 50 minute time slots. Any remaining exhibitions may be purchased onsite for $5 at back gate if time allows.
• For 100% refund less processing fee, draw out requests must be received by email to [email protected] by midnight the day pre-entries close.
• For 70% refund less processing fee and stalls, vet out or med outs with applicable vet or doctor note must be received by email to [email protected] by midnight the Wednesday prior to the show. No note, no refund.
• After midnight on Wednesday the week of the show, no refund is available. All entries will be considered a scratch, or riders can do a horse swap.

Open Entry Fees:

• $2,500 Added Friday $60
• $7,500 Added Saturday $75
• $5,000 Added Sunday $70

Youth Class $45 – Saturday Only – $1,000 Added – Buckles to 1st, awards to 3rd
Senior Class $40- Saturday Only – $500 Added – Buckles to 1st, awards to 3rd

$25 per sidepot per day. Sidepots offered:

• Youth – Friday and Sunday Only
• Senior – Friday and Sunday Only
• Prime – All three days (All ages between youth & senior)
• Helmet – All three days (For those who wear a helmet in the Open)

Stall/Parking/RV Info:

• Onsite stalls available for $85 for the weekend. Includes two bags of shavings.
• Stalls are purchased with online entry or paper entry.
• Haul in fee per horse $25 for full event. Required if no stall.
• Almost every stall will be on concrete.
• Stall mat rental can be rented from our official vendor, Greenbroke Farms, here: https://www.greenbrokefarmservices.com/contract-agreement for $80 pre-order
• You do not have to know your stall to reserve mats. The NBHA office send a stall list to Green Broke prior to event.
• NO OUTSIDE SHAVINGS ALLOWED.
• Additional shavings are available onsite or by pre-order at www.showshavings.com.
• RV Reservations are through the facility at gnfa.com/p/reservations
• NO Generators allowed.
