Rules:
1. NBHA dress code enforced
2. Must be an NBHA member *WPRA Exception
3. No rider substitutions
4. Horse substitutions allowed
5. Vet out deadline Wednesday 5 pm EST week of show. By emailing [email protected]
6. Returned Check fee is $35
7. Late Fee for mailed entries postmarked after January 7th is $25
8. Hat fines for hats lost in arena apply, $10 each
Entry Information:
- Enter online beginning November 22nd.
- Mail in entries must be postmarked by January 7th to avoid late fee and be in pre-draw.
- Late Fee $25 – waived for online entries taken at any time.
- Online entries available at www.SaddleBook.com until midnight EST on January 16th to be in pre-draw or choose add on draw.
- Pre-draw available Monday, January 17th.
- Online entries will re-open Tuesday, January 18th for add-on draw.
- All entries (on-site and online) will cut-off for 1st add-on draw at the first big drag at 50, in each event.
- Final add-on draw closes at the start of the last big drag, or the last drawn rider, whichever comes first, in each event.
- Riders are responsible to enter early enough to allow for splits of multiple horses.
- Exhibitions will be pre-sold online at www.SaddleBook.com in 50 minute time slots. Any remaining exhibitions may be purchased onsite.
Sidepots offered:
- Youth – Friday and Sunday Only
- Senior – Friday and Sunday Only
- Prime – All three days (All ages between youth & senior)
- Helmet – All three days (For those who wear a helmet in the Open)
- Futurity – All three days
- Derby – All three days
- WCBRA – All three days for contestants who would like to get WCBRA runs.
Stall/Parking/RV Info:
- Onsite covered stalls available for $25 a night. No shavings included.
- Big bag of shavings can be purchased on site for $10/bag.
- Stalls are purchased with online entry or paper entry.

WRWC Qualifier Series:
- WRWC Qualifier Series based on OPEN Barrel Race #2 results only.
- Men allowed to enter the open barrel racing but are not eligible for WRWC Qualifier Series.
- The Qualifier Series will award two (2) generic qualifications to the 2022 Women’s Rodeo World Championship (1-Pro Leaderboard Qualification and 1-Challenger Leaderboard Qualification) based on the athlete with the highest aggregate placing from the nominated athletes per Leaderboard.
- To be eligible to award a generic qualification to the 2022 Women’s Rodeo World Championship, a minimum of five (5) athletes MUST nominate Segment W22 in the Qualifier Series event in a leaderboard (PRO or CHL).
- The Qualifier Series event will also include VRQ Fast Cash payout, with a minimum of five (5) nominated athletes in a leaderboard (PRO or CHL).
- VRQ Expanded Points up to 40 places (max 10 places per D) in Barrel Racing
- All athletes must be female age 13 years of age or older to be eligible for WRWC Qualifier Series.
